KAI is busy designing and constructing the two-story, 21,272-square-foot Deaconess Center for Child Well-Being at 1000 North Vandeventer in St. Louis' Grand Center Arts District. The project, with a $6.1 million design and construction cost, will include a chapel, space for community gathering, meeting rooms, and offices for grantmakers, a child advocacy organization and a youth services provider. Construction of the facility is expected to be completed in early winter 2017.
